Q: How accurate is your inventory?

A: Our inventory is updated hourly.

Q: What if I want my order sooner than UPS Standard Ground?

A: If you would like your order shipped sooner there will be additional charges added to your invoice under freight. When checking out indicate that you would like order expedited and will except additional charges charged to your CC.

Q: Can I use my own UPS account?

A: Yes, please provide your UPS account number in Shipping Instructions during checkout process.

Q: How can I track my order?

A: Once an order has shipped out you will receive a shipment notification. You can also sign into your account and track orders in My Account

Q: When will my order ship?

A: 100% of Buddywholesale orders will ship out within one business day if order is received before 2pm EST. Orders placed over the weekend will ship out on Monday. Orders will be sent out standard shipping UPS Ground.
